At full build-out, Zibi Community Utility will eliminate ~4.4 kilotons of CO₂ annually — a 100% reduction versus conventional gas systems — while delivering 40 GWh of clean thermal energy and demonstrating that low-carbon district energy is operationally proven and financially viable.
